Manage memorials and family access
Edit opens the memorial's Family area. Unpublish hides the memorial from visitors while preserving its content. Suspend manager access prevents the creating account from editing or publishing this memorial. The site owner keeps access. Restore visibility only makes an already published memorial public.
This list covers accounts that have created memorials. Earlier profiles may show an account ID without an email. Login-provider accounts and passwords cannot be changed here.
Content reports
Reports do not automatically remove content. Open the memorial to investigate, make any needed edits, then mark the report resolved or dismissed.
Notifications
Tasks that need your attention. Items leave this list when their underlying task is completed.
Urgent phone alerts
Open this admin page in your phone’s browser, sign in, and enable alerts on that device. Urgent Contact Us messages can notify you even when the page is closed.

Plaque order tracking
Track production, shipping, and payments received elsewhere. This site does not process or verify payment. Link each order to a memorial before saving.
Staff permissions
Order staff manage orders. Moderators review reports, hide memorials, and suspend managers. Only you can change staff access, edit all memorials, or view and download QR codes.
Free plaque drawing
One entry per verified email account. New memorials must meet every checklist item and pass your review. Extra profiles do not add chances. The promotion starts when you first open entries.
Promotion setup & rules
Winner selection uses approved entries that still meet the checklist. Email winner opens a draft in your email app; review and send it there.

Social-link clicks and copied links are sharing attempts. Only the device share API reports completion; it does not verify publication on a social network.
Workflow activity
Counts are completed browser actions, not a step-by-step conversion rate. Repeat publishes and resubmissions can add to the counts.
